Visits local mass transit operating agencies to explain departmental functions and procedures to follow in requesting assistance.Īssists in the review of applications for transit project assistance submitted by county authorities, regional planning commissions, and mass transit operating agencies to determine whether applications should be approved for state funding based on economic feasibility and project priority.
